CAMS Update

Due to continuing construction and growth of the Waterbridge community, CAMS will now be conducting weekly inspections of the property. The property manager, will be at the pool facility a few minutes before and after the inspections to be available to meet with the Board if necessary.

CAMS office is located in Market Commons at 3081 Deville Street and their office hours are Monday – Thursday (8:00am – 5:00pm) and Friday (8:00am – 3:00pm). There are two full time employees that are trained and are available during office hours that can provide amenity cards, etc. for walk-ins. Please be sure to review the attached form outlining the necessary documentation that you will need to bring with you to the office.

CAMS also acknowledged that response times and the quality of correspondence needs improvement with homeowners, and this is being immediately addressed with the Community Manager.

CAMS Connects Portal

The easiest way to communicate with your Association is via the CAMS Connects portal. If you have not visited the portal in a while, please take time now to login ~ or register for the first time. Important notifications about annual meetings and upcoming assessments are posted in the portal. Submit requests, make payments, or view your account online at your convenience.
