ALL PHASES, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT AN INITIAL ARC REQUESTS THROUGH THE CAMS PORTAL, THEY NEED TO BE EMAILED. Once a project is established per the email submission you may be then asked to use either the CAMS portal for Phase 3 or the ARC portal for Phase 1, 2 and 3A to communicate through or submit further requested documents.

PHASE 3 OWNERS, Lots 905-1232 (DR Horton Homes): Submit the ARC-Minor-Projects-Phase-3-Only-DR-Horton form to email@camsmgt.com Note, for pools and additions a $5,000 compliance bond must be delivered to the Market Common Office to be held through construction and final inspection. After final inspection passes, the compliance bond check will be destroyed or returned to the Owner per their preference.

PHASE 1, 2 and 3A OWNERS, Lots 1-904 (Original Custom Homes and Chesapeake): For pools and additions submit the Waterbridge-Phase-1-Design form. For all other Exterior projects, first email ARC@waterbridgehoa.com with a brief description of the project. Based on the project description, the ARC will inform you whether: (a) you have approval to proceed with your project without any further approval from the ARC, or (b) you will need to submit an ARC application for your project. Submit the completed WB-ARC-Minor-Projects-Phase-1_2 and 3A form to ARC@waterbridgehoa.com

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ARC: Review, create, and update all related ARC policies and procedures. Manage ARC member functions. Manage and keep records on all ARC requests, to include new builds, pool, additions and all minor exterior projects. Manage ARC builder violations. Quarterly progress reporting to the Board.

ARC AUTHORITY: The basis for the Waterbridge Architectural Review Committee is covered in the CCR’s Article IX, sections 1 through 6.
