ALL OWNERS: You must have Waterbridge ARC approval before starting any exterior project, regardless of size. Email requests to ARC@waterbridgehoa.com before work begins. Do NOT send ARC requests to the CAMS portal. Minor projects have no fee; fees apply to pools, additions and homes.

Protected Natural Areas: ARC approval is required before any work begins. Approval from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers does not replace ARC approval. These areas are often behind homes and marked with signs. The ARC will take a conservative approach when reviewing requests that may affect these areas. Special circumstances may be considered, but protecting these areas remains the priority.

LOTS 1–1232 (Custom Homes, Chesapeake, and D.R. Horton): For pools and additions, submit the Major Project Application and Design Guidelines form. For other exterior projects, email a brief description to ARC@waterbridgehoa.com. The ARC will tell you whether you may proceed or need to submit an application. If an application is required, email the completed WB-ARC-Minor-Projects-All-Phases-Submittal-Form to ARC@waterbridgehoa.com

ARC authority is established in Article IX, Sections 1–6, of the CCRs.
