ARC Phases 1, 2 and 3
Architectural Review
OWNERS: For all minor exterior projects, however small, you will need the approval of the Waterbridge ARC of your Phase prior to commencement. Before starting any exterior project on your property, you will need to email the ARC of your Phase using the below contacts, with a brief description the project. Based on the project description, the ARC will inform you whether:
(a) you have approval to proceed with your project without any further approval from the ARC, or
(b) you will need to submit an ARC application for your project.
There are no fees for the minor exterior projects.

PHASE 3 MEMBERS, Lots 905-1232 (DR Horton Homes): All submittals will be digital and must be submitted via the CAMS Connect Owner Portal at https://portal.camsmgt.com
RESPONSIBILITIES: Review, create, and update all related ARC policies and procedures. Manage ARC member functions. Manage and keep records on all ARC requests, to include new builds, pool, additions and all minor exterior projects. Manage ARC builder violations. Quarterly progress reporting to the Board.
