Clubhouse info

The clubhouse pool tables are open to all for use. The ping-pong tops can be removed or added to the pool tables, they gently rest on top of the pool table pockets. The ping-pong tops are heavy and bulky, please be careful and use 2 people for removal/installation. The tops are stored in the storage area room.

Let’s all do our part and keep the tables playing and looking great. Please do not place food or drinks on the pool / ping-pong tables.

If you plan to play at night, the main lights to the clubhouse are on the far wall just past the bathrooms. In addition, there are 4 can lights, one directly over the far pool table, the switch for the can lights is inside the front small room.

The TV has two remotes. The smaller one with minimal buttons controls the TV, there are preinstalled apps: YouTube, Netflix, etc. that can be used. To watch cable the input needs to be on HDMI-4. The larger remote controls the cable box in the upper left of the TV, and the volume.

myQ Guest Passes

Some myQ guest passes are being set up incorrectly which has/could cause problems for your guests at the gate.

When setting up a short-term one-use pass use Delivery Pass

When setting up a long-term multi-day pass use Temporary Pass.

When setting up a specific schedule of days or times use Recurring Pass

Some Owners have setup a Recurring Pass when it is possible that you were trying to setup a Temporary Pass. A Recurring Pass has the days of the week at the top and by default selects only the day you are on when you setup the pass. If you didn’t manually select on all the days of the week at setup then the pass will only work on the one day of the week, each week that it was set up on.

If this is your case, please delete the Recurring Pass and make a new Temporary Pass or if you want to create a Recurring Pass select all the days that you want access to be provided not just the default single day.

CAMS Update

Due to continuing construction and growth of the Waterbridge community, CAMS will now be conducting weekly inspections of the property. The property manager, will be at the pool facility a few minutes before and after the inspections to be available to meet with the Board if necessary.

CAMS office is located in Market Commons at 3081 Deville Street and their office hours are Monday – Thursday (8:00am – 5:00pm) and Friday (8:00am – 3:00pm). There are two full time employees that are trained and are available during office hours that can provide amenity cards, etc. for walk-ins. Please be sure to review the attached form outlining the necessary documentation that you will need to bring with you to the office.

CAMS also acknowledged that response times and the quality of correspondence needs improvement with homeowners, and this is being immediately addressed with the Community Manager.

Thank you and we look forward to our continued improved relationship with Waterbridge!

Chemicals near lake

This a reminder to keep a safe buffer of using chemicals on your lawn near the water/lake edge. When near the water/lake edge only use chemicals on your lawn that are safe for the water/lake. Many of the typical weed killers if sprayed near the lake edge will have a harmful effect on the aquatic life and promote algae growth. Thank you.
